Cordova Oil Spill Response Facility Final Environmental Impact Statement

1.   If you do not already have Adobe Reader on your computer, install it by running the appropriate installer located at Acrobat Reader Installers/Windows/ for the Windows operating system, and at Acrobat Reader Installers/Macintosh/ for the Macintosh operating system. 

PLEASE NOTE: Adobe Reader Version 7.0 may have system requirements that exceed your office or home computer situation. We have provided a copy of both Acrobat Reader Version 5.0 and 7.0 for use with this document.

2.   Click here to open the Table of Contents of the Cordova Oil Spill Response Facility EIS.   Each file contains a linked table of contents in the Bookmark Pane that will open on the left side of the window.

• The Bookmark Pane will assist in guiding you through the document.
• In-text links to Figures, Tables, Chapters, Sections, Appendices and web links have been established to assist in guiding you through the document.  When a reference to a Figure, Table, Section, Appendix, or web link is encountered in the text (e.g., see Chapter 1, page 1-1, Figure 1-1), place your cursor over the text and the “Pan Hand” will change to a “Pointing Hand” indicating a link.  Click on the text and the item referenced will automatically open.  When you are finished viewing the item, press the “Go to Previous View” button at the top of the screen (or Alt + Right Arrow) to go back to your previous location.
• The document can be viewed using Adobe Reader Version 4 or better. Installers for versions 5.0 and 7.0 of the Adobe Acrobat Reader software are included on this CD.
• The document, when viewed in Adobe Reader Version 7.0, provides access to additional electronic information. Version 7.0 helps make electronic information more accessible to people with disabilities including but not limited to: blindness, low vision, hearing, or motor impairments.
• The document can be printed using a postscript printer. For non-postscript printers select "Print as Image" from the print settings dialog box in Adobe Reader.

3.   Use your system settings to adjust screen resolution if necessary.  1024x768 dots per inch may work best for most computers.

4.   Use the HELP function for information on set-up, document navigation, zooming, etc.

5.   To provide a wider screen area, the Bookmark Pane can be turned off by clicking the Bookmarks tab at the top-right corner of the Bookmark Pane.
