Cordova Oil Spill Response Facility Draft Environmental Impact Statement

1.   In order to begin, please click this link which will take you to the Draft EIS Table of Contents. All of the files in the Draft EIS are in Adobe PDF format. Each file contains a linked table of contents in the Bookmark Pane that will open on the left side of the window.

• The Bookmark Pane will assist in guiding you through the document.
• In-text links to Figures, Tables, Chapters, Sections, Appendices and web links have been established to assist in guiding you through the document.  When a reference to a Figure, Table, Chapter, Section, Appendix, or web link is encountered in the text (e.g., see Chapter 1, page 1-3, Figure 1.2-2), place your cursor over the text and the “Pan Hand” will change to a “Pointing Hand” indicating a link.  Click on the text and the item referenced will automatically open.  When you are finished viewing the item, press the “Go to Previous View” button at the top of the screen to go back to your previous location.
• The document can be viewed using Adobe Reader Version 4 or better. The software is included on this CD.
• The document, when viewed in Adobe Reader Version 7.0, provides access to additional electronic information. Version 7.0 helps make electronic information more accessible to people with disabilities including but not limited to: blindness, low vision, hearing, or motor impairments.
• The document can be printed using a postscript printer. For non-postscript printers select "Print as Image" from the print settings dialog box in Adobe Reader.

2.  If you do not already have Adobe Acrobat installed on your computer, please follow these instructions.
 

	Instructions for viewing documents in Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF).
	In order to view and print documents in Adobe® Reader®, you must first have the software installed on your computer. Adobe® Reader® is free software that lets you view and print Adobe PDF files on a variety of hardware and operating system platforms.
	If you do not have Adobe Reader, you must first down load the program and install it on your computer.
	After you have downloaded the correct version of Adobe® Reader®, you can click here to go to the Draft EIS Table of Conetnts.

3.   Use your system settings to adjust screen resolution if necessary.  A resolution size of 1024x768 is recommended.

4.   Use the HELP function for information on set-up, document navigation, zooming, etc.

5.   To provide a wider screen area, the Bookmark Pane can be turned off by clicking the Bookmarks tab at the top-left corner of the screen.
